Cancellation Policy

At Hoofin It Mobile Hoof Care LLC, I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the planning and travel involved in each route, cancellations can impact my ability to serve other clients and result in financial loss. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

Cancellations Within 72 Hours of the Scheduled Time:

    •    If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost for all pigs signed up for the route will apply, whether it’s one pig or multiple pigs.

    •    Example: If you had 4 pigs scheduled at $110 per pig, the cancellation fee would be $220.

 

Cancellations More Than 72 Hours in Advance:

    •    If you cancel your appointment more than 72 hours in advance, no service fee penalty will be applied.

    •    However, the trip fee remains non-refundable, as it is used to cover the costs of planning, travel, fuel, accommodations, and other travel-related expenses.

 

Why This Policy Exists:

Each route is carefully planned 2 months in advance to accommodate as many clients as possible. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that are difficult to fill, leading to lost time and income. The trip fee covers essential travel costs that are incurred even if an appointment is canceled.

 

Exceptions:

In cases of severe, unforeseen circumstances, I may consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
