501(c)(3) Nonprofit Pricing Structure

At Hoofin It Mobile Hoof Care, I deeply value the incredible work that nonprofit organizations do to rescue and care for animals. To support these efforts, I offer a specially discounted pricing structure for 501(c)(3) organizations. Below, you’ll find detailed information on how this pricing works and what’s included.

Daily Service Structure

  •  Maximum Number of Pigs per Day: 15 pigs

  •  Daily Rate: $1,000 per day

Each day of service includes up to 15 pigs receiving:

  •  Hoof trims

  •  Tusk trims (if needed)

  •  Ear and eye cleaning (if needed)

This special nonprofit rate represents a significant discount compared to the standard pricing, which would typically be $1,650 for hoof trims alone for 15 pigs.

Important Notes

  • Daily Maximum: To ensure high-quality care and manage the physical demands on my body, I limit service to a maximum of 15 pigs per day. This helps maintain the quality and consistency of care that your animals deserve.

  • Rate Consistency: The $1,000 daily rate applies to each day of service, even when multiple days are required for larger groups.

  • Proportional Costs: If fewer than 15 pigs are serviced in a day, the total cost will reflect only the number of pigs treated. For example, if only 2-4 pigs are trimmed, the cost will be less than $1,000.

Registration Verification

All nonprofits seeking this discounted rate will be required to provide their 501(c)(3) registration number. This allows me to verify the organization's registration and ensure it is in good standing.

Scheduling and Route Announcements

To check if I travel to your state, please visit the Service Area page on my website. If your state is listed, you can fill out the Route Notification Sign-Up Form to be logged for your state.

Routes are announced via text through my automated system two months prior to the scheduled route. For example, a route in March would be announced on January 1.

I’m honored to support your mission and look forward to working with you to keep your pigs healthy and happy!
